     Imitation Fried Pies:

 Baked, using Puff Pastry, with your choice of fruit filling & drizzled with icing or caramel sauce.

     Butterscotch Bread:

A butterscotch and pecan mixture, sprinkled through out this bread dish and baked to create a rich morning dish.

          Fruit Danish:

Your choice for fruit, top a sweetened cream cheese mixture, in a puff pastry  shell, with a sprinkle of cinnamon and almonds slices.

         Apple Bundles:

Apple slices, wrapped in bread strips, sprinkled with orange zest, cinnamon sugar, then baked in the juice of the orange. Oh, yea!

         Peachy Cheese

         Coffee Cake:

Crescent rolls, play a big part in this pan. A sweetened cream cheese is spread over, covered with peaches, pastry pieces laid across and drizzled with a glaze.

          Cinnamon Apple French Toast Casserole

 Oh-my, warm, out of the oven, served with warm maple syrup. This is gonna be good in the winter!

    Savory Hash Brown

           Casserole

 These aren't your typical hash browns. These are browned in the bacon juice( I don't use the word,fat) for that great "cabin" flavor, tossed with chopped red and green peppers, red onion wedges, real bacon bits, ham or turkey chunks, and then I add turkey gravy to it.  Again, Oh my word!           

            Quiche:

   Bacon, Tomato, and Swiss

  Spinach, Mushrooms, and Provolone

Ham, Broccoli, and Cheddar.

Broccoli, Potato, and Bacon.

All done in a pie crust. There is no bad choice.

       Waffles or Pancakes:

Light and fluffy, butter and syrup running over the side, with a touch of spice.

     Biscuits and Gravy:

How can you stay in a cabin and not eat this great stand-by?

     Spiced Coffee Cake

Oh, so wonderful, with a topping of finely chopped nuts, crumbs, cinnamon, and a drizzle of icing. Warm out of the oven!

              Pizza:

    Oh, so rich!  A sugar cookie base, covered with a peanut butter-cream cheese mixture, topped with apple slices and drizzled with a caramel sauce and sprinkle of chopped peanuts. Got Milk?

      Banana Cream

         Supreme:

This is Supreme! A very  creamy pudding, filled with banana slices and strawberries set around the side.

  Chocolate  Macaroon

                Pizza:

Moist brownie base, spread with a coconut-sweetened condensed milk, and topped with almond slices, and drizzled with chocolate. Almost like a familiar candy bar?

       Upside Down             Caramel Apple Pie:

Very popular dessert! When this pie is turned upside down in a dish, the caramel sauce on the bottom of the crust begins to run over the sides, which also causes the scoop of vanilla ice cream to melt.

       Puff Pastry Cinnamon Cookies:

Very light and airy, drizzled with chocolate for when you don't want something too heavy but still want something for the sweet tooth. Optional: Great, served with Sherbet.

    A  Big Fat Brownie

  Warm out of the oven, with Vanilla Ice Cream, melting down the side, and a drizzle of Chocolate Shell Sauce. (Yes, I've got Milk)

 Your choice of flavors from Chocolate, Chocolate Mocha Almond, Chocolate with your choice of candy mix, Vanilla, with or without a candy mix and Strawberry.

 Light and fluffy, yet holds that fall experience on a graham cracker crust.
