     Fruit Turnovers

 Baked, using Puff Pastry, with your choice of fruit filling & drizzled with icing or caramel sauce.

              Fruit Danish:

Your choice for fruit, top a sweetened cream cheese mixture, in a puff pastry  shell, with a sprinkle of cinnamon and almonds slices.

         Apple Bundles:

Apple slices, wrapped in bread strips, sprinkled with orange zest, cinnamon sugar, then baked in the juice of the orange. Oh, yea!

         Peachy Cheese

         Coffee Cake:

Crescent rolls, play a big part in this pan. A sweetened cream cheese is spread over, covered with peaches, pastry pieces laid across and drizzled with a glaze.

          Cinnamon Apple French Toast Casserole

 Oh-my, warm, out of the oven, served with warm maple syrup. Or choose the Blue Berry version with Blue Berry Syrup, and a Blue Berry Smoothie.

    Savory Hash Brown

           Casserole

 These aren't your typical hash browns. These are browned in the bacon juice( I don't use the word,fat) for that great "cabin" flavor, tossed with chopped red and green peppers, red onion wedges, real bacon bits, ham or turkey chunks, and then I add turkey gravy to it.  Again, Oh my word!           

            Quiche:

  Ham, Broccoli, and Cheddar.

Broccoli, Potato, and Bacon.

All done in a pie crust. There is no bad choice.

             Scones

   A light sweetened breakfast bread, topped with natural raw sugar crystals, served with yogurt, and a fruit smoothie of your choice. 

      Waffles or Pancakes:

Light and fluffy, butter and syrup running over the side, with a touch of spice.

     Biscuits and Gravy:

How can you stay in a cabin and not eat this great stand-by?

This is Supreme! A very rich and creamy  dessert with banana slices blended in with vanilla wafers crumbled thru out.

    Apple Cherry Tart

 A great light dessert, using a single pie crust, sliced apples and cherry pie filling, topped with a crunchy crumb topping, finished off with cherries and whipped topping on top. Yum,Yum.

   Puff Pastry Cookies

Very light and airy, drizzled with chocolate for when you don't want something too heavy but still want something for the sweet tooth. Served with the Sherbet of your choice.

    A  Big Fat Brownie

  Warm out of the oven, with Vanilla Ice Cream, melting down the side, and a drizzle of Chocolate Shell Sauce. (Yes, I've got Milk)

  Homemade Ice Cream:

 Your choice of flavors from Chocolate, Chocolate Mocha Almond, Chocolate with your choice of candy mix, Vanilla, with or without a candy mix and Strawberry and Butter Pecan.

       Cookie Pizza

Choose from brownie base, or Sugar cookie base, topped with sweetened cream cheese and topped with either fresh strawberries, or drizzled with caramel and peanuts/almonds, or chocolate. Ummmm, decisions, decisions. 

        Gooey Bars

  Better than a bar of gold. Yet, worth a bar of gold. Your choice of Butter, Chocolate, Lemon, or Pumpkin.

         A dessert hour is    included with your stay, along with a snack room.
