The cabin is rented out as a whole, based on the occupancy of two, with $25.00 per additional persons. (up to 15)

Rental based on 2@$200.00 per night.

The following rates are grand totals with each added guest.

3=225. 4=250. 5=275. 6=300.

7=325. 8=350. 9=400. 10=425.

11=450. 12=475. 13=500. 14=525.

15=550.

FALL/HOLIDAY RATES:

Oct. 15-Nov. 25th=$250.

Nov. 26-Jan. 3rd= $300.

The Cabin sleeps 6-8 people. A 50% deposit confirms your reservation with a full payment due the week before your stay. Master Card/Visa/Discover are accepted. Please make your menu/dessert selection per day with your reservation, along with any allergies or special requests. Your stay includes: full breakfast, dessert hour, refrig. in the two upstairs rooms, snack basket with sweet and salty goodies, and a gated entrance.

Check in between 4-6 pm unless prior arrangements.
Check out 11 am
Please let us know if you will have a late arrival so arrangements can be made to let you into cabin.
The cabin will only be rented out to your party only.
If this visit is for a special occasion, ask about the cake package.

A full refund for cancellations will be made 10-days prior to the reserved date. There is a $20.00 service charge for cancellations made 5-days prior to the reserved date. With a last minute cancellation, there will be a $100.00 service charge.
